Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all wine orders within two business days of the order being received. All deliveries are via Australia Post.

Wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is not in attendance when a delivery is attempted and no further instructions have been issued by the customer Australia Post will leave a card in the letter box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Items will then be held for 7 days. After this time uncollected items will be returned to Stoney Rise Wine Company. Please note if wine is to be resent to a customer under these circumstances, a further full delivery charge will apply.

Normal delivery lead times are 5 - 7 business days, however during busy periods or to more remote areas deliveries may take longer.

Due to Liquor Licence laws, wines cannot not be delivered to, ordered on behalf of, or accepted by person/s under the age of 18 years old. All deliveries must be signed for and identification shown.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. out of stock) we will notify you within two business days to arrange alternative product(s), an alternative delivery time or a full refund.

Stoney Rise Wine Company guarantees the quality of all products that are sold and delivered to customers through our online or offline facilities. If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
